methods — a wood-fired brick oven.
Fork in the Alley Brick Oven Pub is proud to have been the first Certified Green Restaurant in Roanoke (the second in the state) and continues to commit to environmentally friendly steps that have a clear impact on lowering our restaurant’s carbon footprint and potential environmental damage. A local favorite focused on the use of local food resources, and are proud to be located in the historic South Roanoke Neighborhood Village.
